Add export step in PyOPIA for EcoTaxa data bundle import #332
Description
EcoTaxa can import a zip file containing image ROIs and a metadata text (tsv file). It should be possible to assemble this data and metadata from PyOPIA processing output (netCDF stats file and ROI output), and bundle it into a zip file ready for upload to EcoTaxa.
