Can't add Transaction decimal values in Safari

In Safari when trying to add a transaction with a fractional amount the UI won't allow to save the transaction, no matter if entered with a dot (.) or comma (,). In Chrome both seem to work.

I'll check this later and will hopefully fix it myself in a PR
