Typos in SHACL spec and HTML documentation

We've spotted in some typos in IDE with a spellchecker in SHACL spec. It also appears in HTML documentation too.

• organisation/organization, licence/license, resourse/resource
• "runned on" is a part of recommendation now (part of a property name, not a part of informal text)
