The current implementation of custom reports requires that a filter group be selected in order to use this functionality. Users have to leave the page, go to inventory list page, make a (probably not necessary) filter group, then come back and select that filter group in order to load data on the graph. Remove this requirement and make filter group selection optional, so that the page can plot all data if desired.
