Add the Performance Metric column to property timeline view #3844

@anchapin

Description

@anchapin
  • Add a dropdown field on the Organization Settings page in the Default Display Fields subsection where the user can select the Performance Metric to show up in the Timeline page in Property Detail.
  • Link to timeline page from Organization Settings and vice versa.
  • Add Performance Metric to timeline page. This will appear in the far right side of the Cycle Header and be formatted "[Performance Metric Column Name]: [Performance Metric Value for this cycle]". An example would be if cycle 2021 had a performance metric of "Site EUI" and the value was 56 kBtu/sf, then it would look like "Site EUI: 56".

Related to #3769. Use the bps-feature-develop branch as basis.
