Added attribute metadata for atom and promolecule to allow assignment of unique properties to each atom
Added attribute metadata to bonds to allow assignment of arbitrary properties
This just tests to make sure assignment of atom and bond properties works with different data structures

Simple addition to atom, bond, and promolecule that allow for assignment of arbitrary properties. Added "mdata" field to all 3 classes, as well as unit test to confirm that various classes are maintained.
All unit tests have been tested as well.
