Here are the things I am interested in using in Seg3d. I think more broadly is the general “manual” segmentation of images is lacking in Seg3d compared to corview. So here we go:

• Multislice polyline
• Growcut
• 3D polyline
• Cut plane 3d viewer transparency

Things that would be useful but not necessary:

• MRA fusion, basically a registration tool, I think it includes a morphing component
• Shrinkwrap
• Nulled area analysis (basically identifying scar tissue above a certain standard deviation)
• Really, a lot of the “Advanced Filters” that have some nice registration and data analysis tools.
