Load and save seed points to and from Implicit Model tool

Add ability to load and save seed points to and from Implicit Model tool. Make separate fields for loading and saving files. Add a tab widget to tool UI.

This functionality may be best if it is expanded into a full data layer. It is worth figuring out how hard this would be. #242
