Feature: Create a "Discover" Page for Media & Archives

Description:

We want to add a brand-new Discover page to the website that serves as a media-rich gallery and archive. This page will highlight images, videos, events, session recordings, and workshop highlights organized cleanly for public viewing.

Purpose:

This will act as a central hub for all SAST content—allowing users to discover past events, relive workshop moments, and explore visual highlights in an interactive way.

What Should Be Included:

• Images Section (event highlights, posters, astronomy shots, etc.)
• Video Section (YouTube embeds or uploaded videos)
• Event Highlights (date-wise archive with cards/timeline)
• Workshop/Session Recordings (recordings + title + description)
• Media Gallery (organized by category/year)

Tech Stack:

• React
• Tailwind CSS
• Use of external media platforms (e.g., YouTube embed, Cloudinary, or local public folder)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Page added at route /discover
• Navigation updated to include Discover
• At least 4 sections: Images, Videos, Events, Recordings
• Fully responsive design (desktop + mobile)
• Organised layout with optional tabs or filters
• Dummy assets can be used (we will replace with actual ones)
• Clean and readable component-based code

• Filter or Search by Year/Category
• Use of Lazy Loading for performance
