[doc issue] SAP Cloud SDK for AI : Python not working

Issue description

The examples do not work. I always get the error. ValueError: No deployment found with: deployment.model_name == gpt-4o. I tried with different models.
To note, with the same creds, I am able to make HTTP calls and get the correct response. With SDK i face the previously commented issue
