Make "yesterday" mode configurable to be N days ago

Fixes most of #110 , although still under discussion is why there appear to be several day old items only just making it into Caboodle.

Set the config example to 2 days, which is what we'll likely need to get around this wrong assumption I've made about when the Caboodle ETL starts.
