Update project to use swift 3.0.1. Update Travis image and readme.
Add initial implementation of HttpRequest cache. CacheProviderType renamed to DataCacheProviderType. MemoryCacheProvider renamed to MemoryDataCacheProvider.
HttpRequestFileSystemCacheProvider renamed to UrlRequestFileSystemCacheProvider.
Caching implemented
