Due to the nature of how this crate works, we need to add `ArraySize` impls for all of the sizes we support. So, I guess we're taking `ArraySize` requests, and we'll see how sustainable that ends up being. Closes #55

It looks like the sizes changed in the final FIPS. I'll submit a follow-on updating these values, or at least adding the new ones.
