SHA1 issue on macos arm64 when `asm` is enabled

Rpgp appears to have found an issue with the asm backend on sha1 0.10.

I've made an isolated reproducer here:

This appears to only reproduce on MacOS / Arm64.

More precisely, it's an issue in sha1-asm, so it may be worth to create an advisory against it. On the sha1 side we could publish a new version which simply ignores the asm crate feature. It was always experimental and not intended for wide use.
