Preferred output format (report.pdf)

The details in the report looks very unstructured and confusing
According to me the preferred way to do this in tabular format where reader can get all the things related to particular parameter in one place and single row is as follows:

also the spacing between files is not uniform some o/p lines are consecutive and some have 2 empty lines between them
please correct that

Also you can add Comment column at last if you want to give any specific information about that parameter
