Allow changing of minecraft versions

should be able to change the version of Minecraft versions dynamically to change what is highlighted

Finally checked and datapacks were introduced in 1.13. AFAIK The Flattening was the only thing in Minecraft history that removed any command functionality, but that was also 1.13 so there would be no need to implement numeric IDs. However that does not mean there won't be any more such changes in the future so it might be implemented, but if it does it'll likely be a global variable that you would set and then reload the file.

I'm thinking to set it you can use let g:mcver= where you can put a specific snapshot, pre release, release, or experimental snapshot (eg 'combat5'). Alternatively any combination of 'snapshot', 'prerelease', 'release', and 'experimental' will select the most recent that is one of the listed types, and 'latest' will select the most recent version no matter what type it is. Default 'release'

Should also put notice in the readme to run :PlugUpdate after snapshot releases. Would also be great if I'm able to consistent get updates done before a given YouTuber (Ray, Xisuma) uploads.

If possible, should also check the header for a comment with the version

The functionality is now there, just need to actually add all the updates
