[BUG] Odd message when logging in

Upon logging in I sometimes get an Itemrack message in chat telling me I can't save hotkeys in combat even tho I'm not trying to do so. I just logged in to the game and I get the message. This is happening on classic anniversary servers.

Same. Cannot for the world figure out what's causing it. Hidden itemrack hotkey binding??
