The themes for RDE are stored in ~/.local/share/rde/themes. Themes can override different things in RDE like the startup programs, wallpaper, GTK+ theme, conky configuration, panel configuration, sounds, and PulseAudio configuration. Themes can also have an index.js file with an exported function called init() and that allows the theme to run some code. Changing the theme is done by editing the theme property in ~/.config/rde/rde.json to the name of the theme directory.
