Reopening because the issue seems to persist.
Since yesterday around 19:00 (when the 500 error disappeared), none of the jobs on the Rosie server that had already started (a few days ago) have finished, and no new ones have started either, so it seems like the queue is stuck.
It looks like something is still not working properly - is this expected behavior after the recent fixes, or could there still be an issue?
