Implement V2 of Cardamon Dashboard

This pull request includes several updates to enhance the user interface and functionality of the dashboard. The main changes are as follows:

Main Dashboard Enhancements:

• Implemented a new UI for the main dashboard to display a list of scenarios.
• Integrated sparklines to visualize data trends for each scenario directly on the dashboard.

• Updated the scenario detail view: improved layout and data presentation to provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly interface.

CPU Usage Widget Improvements:

• Updated the CPU usage widget to display CPU usage data by individual processes.
• Added selectors to filter CPU usage by specific processes and iterations, providing more granular insights.
