Good news! This feature has already been implemented. There is an open PR #9202 that adds the Kimi K2 thinking model to the Fireworks AI provider.

The implementation includes:

• Added accounts/fireworks/models/kimi-k2-thinking to the FireworksModelId type
• Configured the model with appropriate parameters (16K max tokens, 256K context window, prompt caching support, reasoning preservation)
• Added comprehensive test coverage

You can track the progress of this feature in PR #9202. Once it is merged, the Kimi K2 thinking model will be available in the Fireworks AI provider.

I've updated PR #9202 with the implementation of the Kimi K2 thinking model for the Fireworks AI provider.

The implementation includes:
