This issue appears to be caused by how the Claude Code CLI command is executed on Windows. The runClaudeCode function directly executes the claude command using execa without considering Windows-specific requirements.

On Windows, commands that are implemented as PowerShell scripts or batch files (like claude.ps1 or claude.cmd installed via npm) need to be wrapped with cmd.exe to execute properly. This pattern is already implemented for MCP servers in McpHub.ts.

The fix would involve modifying the runClaudeCode function to detect Windows and wrap the command execution:
