Not urgent, we can start by only replacing the German form, but eventually I want to have this replace the English membership form as well.

It would be pretty cool to support this, while keeping the resulting form a single HTML page which still somewhat works w/o javascript. We could use something like a little python script with a jinja template to generate one file containing multiple pages in different languages. If the user has JS we could hide the unused ones during printing and offer a language switcher via js in the sanity checker.
