refund issue

Dear Developer,
I have purchased a copy of your software, but it does not function as I was hoping. I would like a refund, however, there are no contact details on your website for me to take up your 30-day money back guarantee.
Please advise. Sorry, but posting here seems to be the only way I have found to communicate with you!
