This adds the command for switching between 12 and 24 hour clock to the protocol documentation.

This adds the command for switching between 12 and 24 hour clock to the protocol documentation.
I could not find the command in any divoom protocol documentation so I traced the HCI packets and got it from there. This was actually tested on a Divoom Pixoo, not a Timebox Evo, but so far it appears that they share the same command package set so I just assume that it is true for the Timebox Evo too.
