Mongodb 8.2 not available

https://hub.docker.com/r/bitnamilegacy/mongodb/ is no longer supported.
The last version was 8.0.13.
Rocketchat 8 requires MongoDB 8.2
Could you please update the compose file to reflect a working repo that could be used for Rocketchat 8?

I would also consider this extremely important so that we can move away from MongoDB 6.0.13, which is considered insecure. Perhaps https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/blob/develop/docker-compose-ci.yml could be used as a basis, or parts of it could be extracted.
