The url for minimum system resources was wrong, it was giving a 404 error so I edited it.

The appropriate redirect for the broken link is Minimum Requirements for Client Apps and it's been fixed.

However @ggazzo , if the intention was to link to our System requirements page, we'll need to update the README with the correct link.
