User is done typing event not sent after attachment sent. #1209

- Device (or Simulator) you're running with: Note 10+ 5G
The new Watermelon DB is incredibly fast. Wow!
When typing a message from desktop and watching on mobile, the "user is typing" events are working great and are very quick. Once a message is sent, the typing event goes away.
However, I noticed when sending a /giphy the gif message shows but the "user is typing" still shows. It looks like sending the gif attachment doesn't send a "user is done typing" event.
