There are no syntax examples

When I run RUCE without parameters, it shows the syntax template, but I'm not sure what to put. I've tried putting a soundfile from Teto's English voicebank, a target wav, and a pitch percent, but the target wav is never created.

I'm sorry for not having i18n in current version of Rocaloid.
Here comes a simple command line:

Rocaloid.exe output.wav input.wav C4 100
