RALLY BLOG USER STORY: Delete Account

As a **Site User** I can **delete my account** in order to **remove myself from the website database if I no longer use the site**.

## Ideal/Desired Features:
- Delete account button in the edit profile page
- A warning modal to appear to confirm the user wants to delete their account
- Removes User info from the database
