This pull request adds the publication/last update date to all articles. This will give readers a better sense of how current and reliable the information in the article is. It will also give contributors the opportunity to update older articles.
-This simply utilized the existing article date functionality already built into
minimal-mistakes-jekyll-All articles in the
wiki/directory had the date the file was last edited (according to git) added to their header-Instructions were also added to
template.mdto ensure that all future articles have a date included when published
