Almost ready to ship. These links need to be cleaned up (and please give them good titles).

These need to be in the [title](url) format. Jekyll has poor handling for HTML-esque formats.

This too.

No source code needs to be on your local machine to gain these benefits since the extension runs commands and other extensions directly on the remote machine.
