Note that we will need to add a configuration setting to turn this off for the XPrize sites, so that we don't occupy our space on the FTP server with large audio files. |

@octavpo and @kevindeland - Can you make all config parameters default to the appropriate values for XPRIZE sites so that they don't need a config file? |

I don't see the implementation of the .ini file on the development branch, so this will have to wait. |
