1.8.9.1 make tapping Back visible

Touches on Back are hard or impossible to see because the touch and arrow are both white.
This is an annoying problem in watching screen videos.
Dot color is not configurable in Settings nor in AZ Screen Recorder.

How:

a. Change color of the white portion of the Back arrow

b. Change the appearance of the Back arrow when tapped, as in FaceLogin buttons -- e.g. have a darker and/or displaced arrow.

@JackMostow I've taken a dig at the CountingX and static elimination. I hope to take a look at the Shared .ini mechanism on Monday with some help of my colleague who knows Android programming.

From Tuesday, I'll have to be off as Derek will land in India. It will have to be the summer school then. 😐
