Expand sensitive area outside lanes to allow tapping on a sign

@JackMostow I took a stab at this since this was doable. Not sure if this is done already, but since this isn't marked as done, I'll write down how to solve this.

To expand the sensitive areas, following change needs to be done in https://github.com/RoboTutorLLC/RoboTutor/blob/master/comp_akira/src/main/java/cmu/xprize/ak_component/CAkPlayer.java:

Change lines 185-188 from:

float line1 = (float)(-1.018*touchY +1678);
float line2 = (float)(-0.3353*touchY+1398);
float line3 = (float)(0.3736*touchY+1101);
float line4 = (float)(0.9898*touchY+860);

To:

float line1 = (float)(-1.018*touchY +1287); // subtracting 400 pixel offset
float line2 = (float)(-0.3353*touchY+1398);
float line3 = (float)(0.3736*touchY+1101);
float line4 = (float)(0.9898*touchY+1260); // adding 400 pixel offset

This expands the click areas of the side lanes to allow tapping outside the leftmost and rightmost lanes to move the car in those lanes. This includes the signs.
