Allow skip missed classes

Yii Config package use composer classes, that available when running from composer only.

How suppress this errors:

[BC] SKIPPED: Roave\BetterReflection\Reflection\ReflectionClass "Composer\Command\BaseCommand" could not be found in the located source
[BC] SKIPPED: Roave\BetterReflection\Reflection\ReflectionClass "Composer\Plugin\PluginInterface" could not be found in the located source

Currently, there is no suppression mechanism: the tool will indeed report this as a failure.

A baselining mechanism would make sense, but is not built into the tool yet: feel free to propose one :-)
