[BUG] Lobbies generated by tournament codes are unable to start #1132

Bug Description
We use the /lol/tournament/v5/codes API to make tournament codes for our league. We use these primary for summoners rift 5v5s using tournament draft, Recently we've started to see issues when all players are in lobby and ready to play the lobby doesnt allow us to start the game. The client doesnt give us an error so we dont know whats happening.

Problem Description
The lobby doesnt allow us to start even though all players are valid and in the lobby.

Expected Result
When there are 10+ players in the lobby and 5 players on each team the client should let us start the game

We are unable to use tournament codes for our league.

  • Create a tourney code using: /lol/tournament/v5/codes, with the following params:

    teamSize: 5
  }
  • jump into lobby with 10 players and select role
  • lobby start button will not work 50% of the time
