Crash when loading data from Outlook

I just downloaded the program's latest version (Contact.Conversion.Wizard_3.5.0.2.exe), started it and clicked onto "Load data from [Outlook]" and got the below exception. If I click "Continue" then all buttons are grayed out and the application obviously hangs or crashes.

This is on a Windows 10 box (all updates/patches applied) using Outlook Professional Plus 2016 (32-bit version, version 2506 (Build 18925.20168)).
Note that this is the locally installed version (i.e. NOT Microsoft Office 365 nor any of that cloud rubbish)!

Any idea how to get this going?

I have the same problem (crash when loading data from outlook), This happens since I work with Office 365.

A Idea what can I do to converse my contacs to FritzBox: XML.
