This Pull Request adds
MSSQL_PORT - allows override of default sql port
MSSQL_COMMAND - allows the override of the execute_sql command. Handy for when you have multiple SQL environments and you want an agent to choose the command cooresponding to an environment.
Updated README with documentation as well as Local Build instructions.
