Hi! I’ve implemented a minimal /v1/responses support (including streaming) in my fork and wanted to check before opening an upstream PR.

My understanding is that #25 focuses on the Batch API (/v1/batches), which seems orthogonal to the original request here for /v1/responses. So I believe this work should not conflict with existing efforts.

If this direction aligns with the project’s roadmap, I’m happy to:

• rebase and open a clean upstream PR targeting /v1/responses only, or
• adjust the implementation to better fit the preferred design.
