UI/UX fixes from Console Review/Brainstorm

- Hide "Forgot Password" from login screen;
- Hide "No Account ? Sign Up" from login screen;
- Remove "Dashboard" from the menu;
- Bigger icons for dropdown;
- Lighter colors on chart dates;
- Lighter colors on dropdown;
- Button style on Account Close;
- Auth Token below Acct SID;
- Black hamburger (#6d6e70);
- Change mobile accounts tabs to icons;
