The previous VLSMCalculator has been replaced with VLSMistique, which is an updated version with new branding and implemented CommunityToolkit.MVVM. To install, download the zip, press keep and put it in your C:\Users\[username] and make a desktop shortcut. There is no installer currently due to switching installer projects.
