Clarify properties for data entities, avoid WebSite type #230

Also make it clear that other CreativeWork properties can be used. The use of WebSite for file formats is replaced with WebPage as there is typically not a whole website just for one file format (and in particular the https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/PRONOM/fmt/19 file formats are part of the nationalarchives.gov.uk WebSite).

This also fixes #99 by replacing the CWL example with a Gromacs trajectory which has a special page.

Also make it clear that CreativeWork can be used.

"a set of related web pages and other items typically served from a
single web domain and accessible via URLs"

Merging without review as call 2023-03-23 agreed to merge all outstanding PR (that are not WIP) so we can do an overall review and push out 1.2.
