Add column for payment chain in the Invoice Dashboard

Problem

It's difficult to know which chain a given request should be paid on when looking at the Invoice Dashboard.

Considerations

This will become more difficult when the meta payment network is introduced in RequestNetwork/requestNetwork#1405

Maybe make it optional like the issued date and due date
