• Get Bess set up with an AWS identity
• Grant Bess access to the camp.curationexperts.com S3 Bucket
• Test that Bess can upload new and revised content to the bucket

@acozine & @bess - I think we're going to need to have Bess set up to make edits to content and VMs on our HydraCamp S3 bucket. So, I created this ticket.

I created an AWS identity and granted full S3 permissions for this one bucket. Assigning to Bess for confirmation that she can upload content to the camp.curationexperts.com bucket.
