chore (Version Bump): Raising the version, nothing was changed, only …

…README edits.

chore (README/SEMANTIC): A new version is available.

- A message and link to the new version has been added to the README, with a link to the migration file. I will not remove this version for now, so as not to hurt anyone.
- Removed semantic release, after a year this library stopped working. This is not such a large library, so it is easier to make publications by hand.
