Error when starting up

@dakanji I was able to build the artifacts in the fork I made and replaced the refindplus.efi with the one from the artifacts. The error message "error: 'not found' while opening the root directory of the volume" that was appearing when turning on the computer and showing the MSI logo is gone. This is related to issue #208 #208 (comment)

The way RefindPlus handles the inaccessible volumes was changed. The REL file does not show anything while the debug files (DBG/NPT) show more than before and make it clear the message is from RefindPlus.
