Feature request: Load chunks on-demand

Currently, the library loads all the world chunks into the memory this can be useful for some but not for others. I'm suggesting adding a feature that allows loading the chunks only when it is necessary.

If someone is willing to do it, here there is an example of how I've done that.
If you want to implement tile entity support that here is missing you can find that as well.
