The following PR adds support for TS.REVRANGE and TS.MREVRANGE making usage of the already present argument builders for TS.RANGE and TS.MRANGE.
Tests cover both v1.2 (redistimeseries:latest) and v1.4 (redistimeseries:edge)
Fixes #39
