First release under the github.com/RedVentures/intake module path.

v1.1.1 is unusable: that revision's go.mod still declared
github.com/dbubel/intake/v2, so Go rejects it as a post-v1 module path at
a v1 revision. This is the first tag Go can resolve for this path.

Includes Run() returning an error, route registration dedupe, a dynamic
panic handler, and CORS wildcard-subdomain, preflight-header and
origin-scheme fixes.
